At Scenti Parfum, we are committed to selling 100% authentic perfumes sourced from Dubai. Customer trust is extremely important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all products sold on scentiparfum.com are 100% original and authentic.

If a customer believes the product is not genuine, a refund will only be processed if:

  • The customer provides valid proof from an authorized brand outlet or official distributor confirming the product is fake.

  • The customer has recorded a continuous, unedited video while opening the parcel (see Section 3).

Without proper proof and an unboxing video, refund requests based on authenticity claims will not be entertained.


2. Damaged Products

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The product box is severely damaged during delivery, OR

  • The perfume bottle is broken or leaking upon arrival.

Minor packaging dents, slight scratches, or courier-related outer wrapping damage will not qualify for refund.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To qualify for any return or refund due to:

  • Damage

  • Leakage

  • Missing items

  • Authenticity concerns

The customer MUST:

  • Record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel.

  • The video must start before the parcel is opened.

  • The parcel seal and shipping label must be clearly visible.

  • The product must remain visible throughout the video.

Edited, cut, paused, or unclear videos will not be accepted.

No video = No claim.


4. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • All original packaging must be intact.

  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used perfumes

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products without unboxing video proof

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Fragrance preference issues (e.g., “I didn’t like the smell”)


6. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • The product must be shipped back to us.

  • After inspection, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (as applicable).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.


7. Fraud Prevention

Scenti Parfum reserves the right to:

  • Reject suspicious or fraudulent claims.

  • Refuse refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

  • Take necessary action against false claims.
