8. Damaged Parcel Procedure

If your parcel appears damaged upon arrival:

  • Record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel.

  • Ensure the shipping label and packaging are visible in the video.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be entertained.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by inaccurate contact information.
